Per consultare il catalogo digitale ti chiediamo l’indirizzo email di lavoro e il nome della struttura o azienda. Li usiamo per registrare la richiesta, sapere chi consulta il catalogo e ricontattarti per informazioni sui prodotti (legittimo interesse nei rapporti con imprese e strutture sanitarie, art. 6, par. 1, lett. f, GDPR). Se dai il consenso facoltativo, li usiamo anche per inviarti comunicazioni commerciali (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a, GDPR); puoi revocarlo in ogni momento scrivendo a info@mabemedical.it. I dati sono registrati nella piattaforma del sito (Wix.com Ltd.) e conservati per 24 mesi dall’ultima richiesta, o fino alla revoca del consenso commerciale. Il tuo browser ricorda che hai già fatto la richiesta (memoria locale del browser, anche sul catalogo), così non te la chiediamo di nuovo: puoi cancellarla dalle impostazioni del browser.
Se ci scrivi, usiamo i dati che ci mandi (nome, indirizzo email, struttura e contenuto del messaggio) per risponderti e, se lo chiedi, per offerte e forniture (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b e f, GDPR). Li conserviamo per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e per gli obblighi di legge.
Chi riceve i dati

Browsing data
When you visit www.mabemedical.it, the platform hosting the site (Wix.com Ltd.) processes the technical data needed to show you the pages and protect the service: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type. The digital catalogue (www.mabemedical.it/catalogo) is hosted by GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages), which processes the same technical data. We do not use these data to identify or profile you.
Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies, set by the platform for session operation and security. We use no profiling cookies, analytics tools or third-party content. Technical cookies do not require consent. The language you choose (IT/EN) is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us.
Catalogue access request
To browse the digital catalogue we ask for your work email address and the name of your organisation. We use them to record the request, know who browses the catalogue and contact you about our products (legitimate interest in business relations with companies and healthcare facilities, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you give the optional consent, we also use them to send you marketing communications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@mabemedical.it. The data are stored on the site platform (Wix.com Ltd.) and kept for 24 months from the last request, or until you withdraw marketing consent. Your browser remembers that you have already made the request (browser local storage, also on the catalogue), so we do not ask again: you can clear it in your browser settings.
If you write to us, we use the data you send (name, email address, organisation and message) to reply and, if you ask, for quotes and supplies (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep them as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal obligations.
Recipients
The providers hosting the site and the catalogue (Wix.com Ltd., GitHub, Inc.) and our email provider, within the service they provide. Transfers outside the EU take place with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@mabemedical.it or to our PEC address. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
